Chris Keet, viticulturist, oenologist and well-respected consultant in the wine-making industry has a well developed sense of morality towards nature. His wines are an extension of this respect. His consultancy business takes him from the granite slopes of the Paarl Mountain to the wind-swept landscapes of Elim; from the lush Breede River Valley to the finest grape growing areas of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg. During his consultancy travels he is able to strategically source and select grapes which meet the requirements of his bespoke wines.
